Engelbert Ramcharan "Joe", co-owner of Fly High Parasail Jamaica, resides with his wife in Kingsvale, Hanover, Jamaica. Joe has worked for many years providing excellent services to the tourism industry. Joe has been active in Jamaica and the United States water sports industry as a boat captain, water skiing and knee board instructor, and water slide attendant, and a taxi and tour operator. Joe learned the importance of providing reliable, honest, positive, helpfull, friendly services to customers and makes it his main objective in the operation of Fly High Parasail Jamaica.

Fly High Parasail Jamaica's staff of shuttel and parasail boat captains have many years of experience in the Negril's water sports/parasail tourism industry. Captain Tyson is captian of the Fly High Parasail Jamaica boat that you take off the deck of, and Captain Moses is captian of the Fly Hight Parasail Jamaica shuttel boat that picks you up at your Negril Beach location to transport you to the Parasail boat. All Fly High Parasail Jamaica staff/attendents have worked many years in the parasail water sports industry.
